When heading to the airport on the day of your travels we recommend that you contact the parking provider at least 20 minutes prior to your arrival. This ensures that the parking attendant will have sufficient time to reach the airport to meet you there. Upon your return, we recommend contacting the parking provider as soon as you can safely do so after landing. Contacting your parking provider on time is the best way you can ensure that there are no unnecessary delays. You can find the contact details of your parking provider in your confirmation email but they are also available in the contact details section of your personal ParkCare account.
