Step 1: File a complaint - To submit a complaint you can fill out the following form * Make sure that the form contains all of the relevant details as otherwise, we will not be able to deal with the complaint. Step Two: We receive your form and handle the complaint - As soon as we receive your complaint form we will immediately start working on it. We will keep you up to date on the progress of your complaint. - We will firstly contact the parking provider and register the complaint with them. From then they have three days to find out the origin of the claim and respond to us - During the complaint process we may contact you again to gain more details about the complaint and to hear your side of the story. - We will then offer you a solution based on the information we received regarding the complaint - After we have contacted you and agreed upon a solution, we will close the complaint and mark it as "full handled" within our system.
