If you wish to make changes to your booking, please send an email to us at [email protected] and we will take care of all of the necessary changes. In this email be sure to include all your details and indicate the changes that you wish to make to your booking. You can also change your booking details via our contact form available on our website. If you wish to cancel your booking you can do this by logging into your ParkCare Account. Simply log in to your account and submit a cancellation request. It is recommended that before canceling your booking that you read the full terms and conditions of the parking provider so you are aware of their reimbursement policy.
