It is permitted to arrive at the parking provider with a different car than you specified in the booking process. However, you should make sure that the parking provider is aware of the change. You should make the parking provider aware of this change in advance as they may need to update the license plate number on their system. If you know about this change more than one day in advance please send us an email at [email protected] and we will update your booking. In this email please include your booking details and the license number of the vehicle you will be arriving in. If you only know about this change of vehicle one day in advance please contact your parking provider directly and they will update your booking.
